DAS Cricket provides youth sports programming. Personal information relating to minors is collected only through a parent or legal guardian in connection with academy enrollment, tournament participation, event registration, travel coordination, safety documentation, and related activities.
Parents or legal guardians may request access to or correction of a child’s personal information.
However, while a child is actively enrolled in any DAS Cricket program, or has participated in programs within a legally required record-retention period, DAS may decline requests to delete personal information where such information is necessary for:

Following withdrawal and completion of all administrative and legal retention requirements, DAS will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.
In addition, if a parent or legal guardian requests deletion of their own records or a child’s records while there are outstanding financial obligations (including unpaid tuition, tournament fees, merchandise charges, travel costs, or other contractual dues), DAS Cricket reserves the right to retain and process personal information necessary to document, collect, enforce, or resolve such obligations. Deletion requests may be processed only after such obligations are resolved and applicable legal retention requirements are satisfied.
