Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy governs purchases of merchandise and enrollment in coaching services, camps, tournaments, and related programs offered by DAS Cricket.


SECTION 1: RETAIL MERCHANDISE RETURNS

1.1 14-Day Return Window

Retail merchandise may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unworn and unused
  • Tags must be attached
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return requests must be submitted via email to contactus@dascricket.com prior to shipment.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


1.2 Non-Returnable Retail Items

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Protective gear (e.g., abdomen guards)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Team uniforms
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items

DAS Cricket reserves sole discretion in determining eligibility.


1.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographic evidence may be required.


1.4 Refund Processing (Retail)

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days after inspection.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time.


SECTION 2: COACHING SERVICES & PROGRAMS

Coaching services, 1:1 sessions, small group classes, camps, tournaments, and travel events are non-tangible services and are not subject to retail return policies.


2.1 Monthly Billing

  • Billing occurs on the 1st of each month.
  • Enrollment reserves a roster position.
  • Failure to attend does not constitute cancellation.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

DAS Cricket requires a minimum thirty (30) days written notice for cancellation.

Example:
If cancellation notice is submitted July 15, billing continues through August 31, and services terminate September 1.

No refunds will be issued for the cancellation month.

Verbal notice is not valid.


2.3 Missed Sessions

Missed sessions, regardless of reason (including travel, illness, schedule conflict, or non-attendance), are non-refundable.

Make-up sessions may be offered at DAS Cricket’s discretion but are not guaranteed.


2.4 Camps, 1:1 Sessions, Small Group Classes

Payments for:

  • Camps
  • Private sessions
  • Small group sessions

Are non-refundable once confirmed.

DAS may, at its sole discretion, apply payments toward future sessions.


2.5 Tournament & Travel Commitments

Tournament registration fees are non-refundable once teams are confirmed.

Travel-related costs including:

  • League fees
  • Hotels
  • Transportation
  • Uniform orders

Become non-refundable once committed.

Participation constitutes acknowledgment that services have been rendered for billing and chargeback defense purposes.


2.6 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By enrolling in programs or participating in services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered.

DAS Cricket reserves the right to contest chargebacks and may recover administrative fees and collection costs where permitted by law.

Accounts with active chargebacks may be suspended.


SECTION 3: PAUSES & HOLDS

Temporary holds must be requested in advance and approved in writing.

Retroactive pauses are not permitted.


SECTION 4: EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, customers may exercise applicable statutory rights, subject to condition requirements.

This cooling-off period does not apply to:

  • Custom products
  • Event registrations
  • Coaching services already commenced

SECTION 5: OUTSTANDING BALANCES

Refunds will not be issued where outstanding balances exist.

DAS Cricket reserves the right to offset refunds against unpaid dues.


SECTION 6: POLICY MODIFICATIONS

DAS Cricket reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
